MOON HOUSE RUIN - #3464 |
Moon House is a Pueblo III period Ancestral Puebloan cliff dwelling in southeastern Utah which was occupied about 1250 C.E. The jacal-type construction wall consists of wooden posts interwoven with sticks and plastered with mud. It is well protected from the elements, and still shows white pigment possibly representing the sky with stars. |
